1. We may provide brokerage services using Information Data Exchange 2 that includes making Multiple Listing Service (MLS) active listing data available, but only to consumers with whom We have first established a Broker - Customer relationship (No current written agreement or other Brokerage Relationship), or a lawful Consumer-Broker relationship (A written agreement established at an earlier time between you and your prudential professional, REALTORS Agent).

2. We must obtain the identity of each Registrant and each Registrant's agreement to the "Terms of Use" below.

a. You must provide your name, a valid email address and contact telephone number. We must send an email to the address provided by you confirming that you have agreed to the Terms of Use (described in subsection c below). We are only permitted to allow access to the MLS Active data after we have verified that the email address provided is valid and that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Use confirmation. This process takes approximately one to two minutes depending on your connection speed.

b. We will supply you a user name and password.

c. You must affirmatively express agreement to the "Terms of Use" provision below:

i. That You acknowledge entering into either a Broker-Customer relationship, or having at an earlier time established a lawful Consumer-Broker relationship with a prudential professional, REALTORS Agent;
ii. That all data obtained from this Web Site is intended only for Your personal, non-commercial use;
iii. That you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this Web Site;
iv. That You will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the data or information provided;
v. That You acknowledge the MLS's (Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS) ownership of and the validity of the copyright in the MLS database.
