Most of the major national retailers and franchise chains are represented in the area.

Downtown Colorado Springs

Downtown Colorado Springs is a good place to start. Restaurants, specialty shops and other retailers emanate from the Cascade and Pikes Peak Avenue intersection anchored by the Antlers Adams Mark Hotel.

Old Colorado City

The oldest shopping area, referred to as "Old Colorado City," is located along West Colorado Avenue between 24th and 27th Streets. This area is a designated National Historic District and you will find a delightful mix of restaurants, galleries and specialty shops. Territory Days is an exciting celebration in the district over Memorial Day weekend.

Regional Shopping

The two regional shopping complexes are the Citadel at the intersection of Academy Boulevard and Platte Avenue (Hwy. 24), and Chapel Hills at North Academy Boulevard and Briargate Boulevard. Other smaller centers are located throughout the city.

The Shops at Briargate feature such retailers as Pottery Barn, coldwater Creek, and Sharper Image. The other regional shopping area is First & Main Town Center with a 16-plex Cinemark Theatre, shops and restaurants providing a high-quality shopping and entertainment experience.

Castle Rock & Denver

The town of Castle Rock, approximately 45 miles north of Colorado Springs has opened a number of factory outlet stores. Nordstrom's has a store in south Denver, at the Park Meadows shopping complex.
